2. Products & Pricing Accuracy

All prices displayed on the store are denominated in United States Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items at any time without prior notice. We make every reasonable effort to display the colors, specifications, and finishes of our imported stationery instruments as accurately as possible.

3. Order Acceptance & Payment Processing

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in descriptions or pricing, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By providing payment card information, you authorize our payment processor to charge the designated account.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

All physical items purchased from SHARP PENCIL CONSULTING LLC are fulfilled pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to our shipping carriers (USPS or UPS) at our Delray Beach logistics facility.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
